Ingredients

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the egg with milk.
  4. Dip each chicken fillet in the egg mixture, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Lightly brush the air fryer basket with olive oil.
  6. Place the coated chicken in the air fryer basket.
  7. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  8. Check the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  9. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
