- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt

- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, whisk the egg with milk.
- Dip each chicken fillet in the egg mixture, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Lightly brush the air fryer basket with olive oil.
- Place the coated chicken in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Check the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use panko breadcrumbs for extra crispiness.
- For even cooking, ensure chicken fillets are of similar thickness.
- Spray the breaded chicken lightly with oil for extra crispiness.
