Air Fryer Deviled Eggs (Crispy Outside) for Ultimate Satisfaction

A crispy twist on classic deviled eggs made in an air fryer.

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • Paprika for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 270°F (130°C).
  2. Place the eggs in the air fryer basket.
  3. Cook for 15 minutes.
  4. Transfer the eggs to an ice bath for 5 minutes.
  5. Peel the eggs and cut them in half.
  6. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
  7. Add mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, and salt to the yolks and mix well.
  8. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
  9. Sprinkle paprika on top for garnish.

Notes

  • Adjust cooking time for larger eggs.
  • For a spicy kick, add hot sauce to the yolk mixture.
