- 6 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- Salt to taste
- Paprika for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 270°F (130°C).
- Place the eggs in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15 minutes.
- Transfer the eggs to an ice bath for 5 minutes.
- Peel the eggs and cut them in half.
- Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, and salt to the yolks and mix well.
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
- Sprinkle paprika on top for garnish.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time for larger eggs.
- For a spicy kick, add hot sauce to the yolk mixture.
