Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Paprika for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 270°F (130°C).
  2. Place the eggs in the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes.
  3. Remove the eggs and place them in an ice bath for 5-10 minutes.
  4. Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
  5. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
  6. Add mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper to the yolks. Mix until smooth.
  7. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
  8. Sprinkle paprika on top for garnish.

Notes

  • Adjust seasoning according to your taste.
  • For a spicy kick, add hot sauce to the yolk mixture.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
