Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Form small balls of dough and place them in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove and let cool slightly.
- Toss in powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Try adding cinnamon to the sugar for extra flavor.
