- 1 large egg
- 1 slice of cheese
- 1 teaspoon butter
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice of bread in the air fryer, buttered side down.
- Crack the egg onto the bread and season with salt and pepper.
- Top with cheese and cover with the second slice of bread, buttered side up.
- Air fry for 5-7 minutes until the egg is cooked and the bread is golden brown.
- Remove and let cool slightly before serving.
