- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a food processor, combine chickpeas, onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper.
- Pulse until the mixture is coarse and well combined.
- Add flour and mix until the dough holds together.
- Form small balls or patties from the mixture.
- Brush or spray the falafel bites with olive oil.
- Place the falafel bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
Notes
- Serve with tahini sauce or yogurt dip.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Can be frozen before cooking for later use.
