- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 small tortillas
- Lettuce and tomatoes for filling
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a food processor, combine chickpeas, parsley, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, baking powder, salt, and pepper. Process until smooth.
- Form the mixture into small balls.
- Brush falafel balls with olive oil.
- Place falafel in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Warm tortillas in a pan or microwave.
- Assemble wraps with lettuce, tomatoes, and falafel.
- Serve immediately.
