Air Fryer Falafel Wrap Bites: 5 Scrumptious Vegan Delights

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 small tortillas
  • Lettuce and tomatoes for filling

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a food processor, combine chickpeas, parsley, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, baking powder, salt, and pepper. Process until smooth.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls.
  4. Brush falafel balls with olive oil.
  5. Place falafel in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  6. Warm tortillas in a pan or microwave.
  7. Assemble wraps with lettuce, tomatoes, and falafel.
  8. Serve immediately.
