- 1 cup dill pickle slices
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the pickle slices dry with a paper towel.
- In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- In a third bowl, place the breadcrumbs.
- Dip each pickle slice in flour, then in egg, and finally in breadcrumbs.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Place the coated pickles in a single layer in the basket.
- Spray the tops of the pickles with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
Notes
- Serve with ranch or your favorite dipping sauce.
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket for best results.
