Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tablespoons cold water
- 1 cup mixed fresh fruit (berries, kiwi, etc.)
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, butter, sugar, and salt.
- Add egg yolk and cold water; mix until dough forms.
- Chill the dough for 30 minutes.
- Roll out the dough and cut into small circles.
- Press the circles into tartlet pans.
- Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Bake the tartlet shells for 8-10 minutes until golden.
- Let them cool completely.
- In another bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Spoon the cream cheese mixture into each cooled tartlet shell.
- Top with mixed fresh fruit.
- Serve immediately or chill before serving.
Notes
- Choose fruits based on seasonality.
- You can use store-bought pastry if preferred.
- Adjust the sweetness to your taste with more or less sugar.
