Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 tablespoons cold water
  • 1 cup mixed fresh fruit (berries, kiwi, etc.)
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, butter, sugar, and salt.
  2. Add egg yolk and cold water; mix until dough forms.
  3. Chill the dough for 30 minutes.
  4. Roll out the dough and cut into small circles.
  5. Press the circles into tartlet pans.
  6. Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  7. Bake the tartlet shells for 8-10 minutes until golden.
  8. Let them cool completely.
  9. In another bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  10. Spoon the cream cheese mixture into each cooled tartlet shell.
  11. Top with mixed fresh fruit.
  12. Serve immediately or chill before serving.
