Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
- Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern.
- In a bowl, mix brown sugar, honey, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, and Dijon mustard.
- Rub the mixture over the ham, ensuring it fills the scored cuts.
- Place the ham in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 1 to 1.5 hours, basting every 30 minutes.
- Check the internal temperature; it should reach 140°F (60°C).

- Let the ham rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
