- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 2 teaspoons rosemary, chopped

Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, rosemary, and thyme.
- Rub the mixture all over the prime rib roast.
- Place the roast in the air fryer basket, bone side down.
- Cook for 15 minutes at 390°F.
- Reduce the temperature to 325°F (160°C) and cook for an additional 45-60 minutes, depending on desired doneness.
- Let the roast rest for 15-20 minutes before slicing.
