- 2 chicken fillets
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup feta cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 370°F (190°C).
- Mix spinach, cream cheese, feta, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Slice a pocket into each chicken fillet.
- Stuff the chicken fillets with the mixture.
- Spray the outside of the chicken with olive oil.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Use fresh spinach for best flavor.
- Adjust seasonings to your preference.
- Check the internal temperature; it should reach 165°F (75°C).
