Ingredients

  • 4 bell peppers
  • 1 cup cooked rice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove seeds.
  3. In a bowl, mix rice, black beans, corn, tomatoes, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff the mixture into the peppers.
