Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
- In a bowl, mix stuffing mix, chicken broth, and cranberry sauce.
- Cut a pocket in the pork loin and stuff it with the mixture.
- Season the pork with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the stuffed pork in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
- Let the pork rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
