- 1 whole turkey (10–12 lbs)
- 2 cups bread crumbs
- 1 cup diced onions
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon poultry seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine bread crumbs, onions, celery, cranberries, parsley, olive oil, poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the turkey cavity with the mixture.
- Place the turkey in the air fryer basket, fillet side up.
- Cook for 2 to 2.5 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let the turkey rest for 20 minutes before carving.
