Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Pat the turkey fillet dry with paper towels.
- Rub olive oil over the turkey fillet.
- Mix garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the turkey fillet.
- Place the turkey fillet in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 60-90 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let the turkey rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
