- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
- Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, pepper, and salt.
- Add steak bites to the bowl and toss to coat.
- Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the steak bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Once cooked, sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions if desired.

- For extra flavor, marinate overnight.
