- 2 pounds of Irish potatoes

Instructions
- Wash and peel the Irish potatoes.
- Cut the potatoes into wedges.
- In a bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the seasoned potato wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- For extra crispiness, soak potatoes in water for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
