- 2 chicken fillets
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 jalapeños, diced
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Slice a pocket in each chicken fillet.
- Stuff each chicken fillet with the cheese mixture.
- Coat the outside of the chicken with breadcrumbs.
- Place the stuffed chicken in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust jalapeño quantity for desired spice level.
- Use toothpicks to secure the chicken if needed.
