Air Fryer Jalapeño Popper Stuffed Chicken fillet Bliss

A delicious chicken fillet stuffed with creamy jalapeño popper filling, cooked in an air fryer.

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken fillets
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 jalapeños, diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Slice a pocket in each chicken fillet.
  4. Stuff each chicken fillet with the cheese mixture.
  5. Coat the outside of the chicken with breadcrumbs.
  6. Place the stuffed chicken in the air fryer basket.
  7. Cook for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  8. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust jalapeño quantity for desired spice level.
  • Use toothpicks to secure the chicken if needed.
