- 10 jalapeño peppers
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
- Place the stuffed jalapeños in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or until the jalapeños are tender and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- You can adjust the spice level by leaving some seeds in the jalapeños.
- For a lighter option, use reduced-fat cream cheese.
