- 10 jalapeño peppers
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut jalapeños in half and remove seeds.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff jalapeño halves with cheese mixture.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top of each stuffed jalapeño.
- Place jalapeños in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by leaving some seeds in the jalapeños.
- Serve with ranch dressing or salsa.
