Air Fryer Jalapeño Poppers (Vegetarian): 5 Flavorful Twists

Ingredients

  • 10 fresh jalapeños
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Slice the jalapeños in half and remove the seeds.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
  5. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top of the filled jalapeños.
  6. Place the jalapeños in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust the spice level by keeping or removing the seeds.
  • Serve with ranch dressing for dipping.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
