Ingredients
Scale
- 1 bunch of kale
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Wash and dry the kale thoroughly.
- Remove the stems and tear the kale into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, toss the kale with olive oil, salt, and garlic powder.
- Add the kale to the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 5-7 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Remove once crispy and let cool before serving.
