Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken wings
  • 2 tbsp gochujang
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix gochujang, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
  3. Add chicken wings to the bowl and coat them evenly with the marinade.
  4. Let the wings marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Place the wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust the spice level by adding more or less gochujang.
  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
