Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the leeks in half lengthwise and rinse thoroughly to remove dirt.
- Pat the leeks dry with a paper towel.
- Drizzle olive oil over the leeks and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the leeks in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or until they are tender and golden brown.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve warm.
