Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine melted butter and sugar.
  3. Add eggs and lemon juice to the mixture, and stir well.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until combined.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish that fits in your air fryer.
  7. Place the dish in the air fryer and cook for 15-20 minutes.
  8. Check for doneness with a toothpick; it should come out clean.
  9. Let cool before cutting into squares.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
  • For a stronger lemon flavor, add lemon zest.
  • Sprinkle powdered sugar on top before serving.
