Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, beat butter and eggs. Add milk, lemon juice, and zest.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Stir in poppy seeds.
  4. Preheat air fryer at 320°F (160°C).
  5. Fill muffin liners with batter.
  6. Place muffins in air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes.
  7. Check with a toothpick for doneness. Let cool before serving.
