- 2 cups shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 lime, zested
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, lime zest, salt, and vanilla.
- Shape the mixture into small balls.
- Preheat the air fryer to 325°F (163°C).
- Place macaroons in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Adjust lime juice for more or less tartness.
