- 2 cups shredded coconut

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, lime zest, salt, and vanilla extract.
- Mix until well combined.
- Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Use a spoon to scoop the mixture and form small mounds.
- Place the mounds in the air fryer basket, leaving space in between.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.

- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Adjust lime juice for desired tartness.
