Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
- Add the diced bell peppers and onions to the egg mixture.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and scramble the egg mixture until cooked.
- Place a tortilla on a flat surface and add some scrambled eggs and cheese.
- Roll the tortilla tightly and place it in the air fryer basket.
- Repeat for all tortillas.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
