- 12 slider buns
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into meatballs.
- Place meatballs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Warm marinara sauce in a saucepan.
- Assemble sliders by placing meatballs on buns, topping with marinara and mozzarella.
- Return assembled sliders to the air fryer for 2-3 minutes to melt cheese.
- Serve hot.
