Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs.
  4. Place meatballs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 10-12 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  6. Warm marinara sauce in a saucepan.
  7. Assemble sliders by placing meatballs on buns, topping with marinara and mozzarella.
  8. Return assembled sliders to the air fryer for 2-3 minutes to melt cheese.
  9. Serve hot.
