- 1 flatbread
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, sliced
- 1/4 cup olives, sliced
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the cherry tomatoes, bell pepper, red onion, olives, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the vegetable mixture evenly over the flatbread.
- Top with feta cheese.
- Place the flatbread in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before slicing.

- Feel free to add your favorite vegetables.
- For a vegan option, omit the feta cheese.
