Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1/4 cup red onion, sliced
  • 1/4 cup olives, sliced
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the cherry tomatoes, bell pepper, red onion, olives, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the vegetable mixture evenly over the flatbread.
  4. Top with feta cheese.
