Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cornmeal, flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk milk and egg together.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
- Insert sticks into hot dogs.
- Dip each hot dog into the batter.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Place battered hot dogs in the basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
