- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted

- 1 tablespoon instant coffee granules
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- In a large bowl, mix melted butter and sugar until combined.
- Add eggs, vanilla extract, and instant coffee, and mix well.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased air fryer-safe dish.
- Cook in the air fryer for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- These brownies can be topped with whipped cream or nuts.
- Adjust coffee granules to taste for stronger or milder coffee flavor.
