Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, paprika, cumin, coriander, garlic powder, onion powder, cinnamon, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the spice mixture evenly over the chicken fillets.
- Place the chicken fillets in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check for doneness; the internal temperature should reach 165°F (75°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
