- 4 bell peppers, halved
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup corn
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 tsp taco seasoning
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut bell peppers in half and remove seeds.
- In a bowl, mix cheese, black beans, corn, tomatoes, and taco seasoning.
- Fill each bell pepper half with the mixture.
- Place stuffed peppers in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted and peppers are tender.
- Optional: Top with jalapeños before serving.
