- 4 large eggs

- 1/2 cup shredded cheese

Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
- Add the diced bell peppers, onions, cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until combined.
- Pour the mixture into silicone molds.
- Place the molds in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or until set.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
