Ingredients

  • 2 large onions, sliced into rings
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the onions into rings.
  3. In a bowl, mix flour with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  5. In a third bowl, place the breadcrumbs.
  6. Dip each onion ring first in the flour mixture, then in the egg, and finally in the breadcrumbs.
  7. Place the coated onion rings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  8. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown.

Notes

  • Make sure not to overcrowd the air fryer basket.
