Ingredients

  • 1 large onion, sliced into rings
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each onion ring into the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, and finally into the breadcrumbs.
  4. Place the coated onion rings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Spray lightly with cooking spray.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
