- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix orange juice, honey, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper.
- Marinate the chicken fillets in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- Place the marinated chicken in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Remove the chicken and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
