Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Set up a breading station with flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and the panko mixture in a third.
  4. Dip each chicken tender in flour, then in eggs, and finally coat with panko mixture.
  5. Place the coated chicken tenders in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and cooked through.
