Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

- In another bowl, beat the egg.
- Dip each chicken fillet in the egg, then coat with the cheese mixture.
- Drizzle olive oil over the coated chicken fillets.
- Place the chicken fillets in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
- Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
