- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup corn syrup
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 package refrigerated pie crusts
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 320°F.
- In a bowl, mix pecans, brown sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Roll out the pie crust and cut into small circles.
- Place the circles in the air fryer basket.
- Fill each crust with the pecan mixture.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
