Air Fryer Pecan Pie Bites: 27 Minutes to Sweet Bliss

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup corn syrup
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 package refrigerated pie crusts

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 320°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix pecans, brown sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, vanilla extract, and salt.
  3. Roll out the pie crust and cut into small circles.
  4. Place the circles in the air fryer basket.
  5. Fill each crust with the pecan mixture.
  6. Air fry for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let cool before serving.
