- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix pineapple juice, soy sauce, honey, cornstarch, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken wings to the marinade and let them soak for at least 30 minutes.
- Remove wings from marinade and place them in the air fryer basket.
- Cook wings for 25-30 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Brush wings with remaining marinade in the last 5 minutes of cooking.
- Check for doneness and serve hot.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, add a few minutes to the cooking time.
- Adjust sweetness by varying the amount of honey.
- Serve with dipping sauces for added flavor.
