- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 can pineapple slices
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, cream together the butter and sugar.
- Add eggs, milk, and vanilla; mix well.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
- In an air fryer-safe pan, sprinkle brown sugar and place pineapple slices on top.
- Pour batter over the pineapple slices.
- Cook in the air fryer for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before inverting onto a plate.

- Ensure the air fryer is preheated for even cooking.
- You can add cherries for decoration.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
