Ingredients

  • 1 can of pineapple slices
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 package of cream cheese (8 oz)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. Melt butter and mix with brown sugar.
  3. Pour the mixture into a cake pan.
  4. Arrange pineapple slices on top of the sugar mixture.
  5. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  6. Add egg and mix until combined.
  7. Fold in crushed graham crackers.
  8. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the pineapple.
  9. Air fry for 25-30 minutes.
  10. Allow to cool before flipping onto a plate.
