Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 package cream cheese (8 oz), softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the crushed pineapple, brown sugar, and melted butter.
  3. Spread the pineapple mixture in the bottom of a greased cake pan.
  4. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Fold in the flour until just combined.
  7. Pour cream cheese mixture over the pineapple layer in the pan.
  8. Place the pan in the air fryer basket and cook for 25-30 minutes.
  9. Check for doneness with a toothpick; it should come out clean.
  10. Let it cool before flipping onto a plate.
