Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix the crushed pineapple, brown sugar, and melted butter.
- Spread the pineapple mixture in the bottom of a greased cake pan.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Fold in the flour until just combined.
- Pour cream cheese mixture over the pineapple layer in the pan.
- Place the pan in the air fryer basket and cook for 25-30 minutes.
- Check for doneness with a toothpick; it should come out clean.
- Let it cool before flipping onto a plate.
