- 1 lb pork tenderloin
- 4 medium carrots, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the pork tenderloin with the mixture.
- Add the sliced carrots to the bowl and toss to coat.
- Place the pork in the air fryer basket.
- Add the carrots around the pork.
- Cook for 20 minutes, flipping the pork halfway through.
- Check the internal temperature of the pork; it should reach 145°F (63°C).
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
