Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat the pork tenderloin with the mixture.
  4. Add the sliced carrots to the bowl and toss to coat.
  5. Place the pork in the air fryer basket.
  6. Add the carrots around the pork.
  7. Cook for 20 minutes, flipping the pork halfway through.
  8. Check the internal temperature of the pork; it should reach 145°F (63°C).
  9. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
