Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
- Rub the pork joint with olive oil.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper over the pork.
- Place the pork joint in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 60 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check the internal temperature. It should reach 70°C (160°F).
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
