- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 package crescent roll dough
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt.
- Roll out crescent roll dough and cut it into squares.
- Place a spoonful of the pumpkin mixture in the center of each square.
- Fold the dough over the filling and seal the edges.
- Brush the tops with egg wash.
- Place the bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let them cool before serving.
Notes
- Adjust spices to your taste.
- Serve with whipped cream if desired.
